Records that may be held
Depending on the matter, Debt Fresh may hold client records, correspondence, consent records, debt-counselling records, credit-report request records, supplier/service-provider records, financial/administrative records, regulatory records and website enquiry records.
How to request access
Your request should identify the record sought, provide enough detail to locate it, state the form in which access is requested, and include contact information. Identity verification may be required before personal or confidential records are released.
Grounds for refusal
Access may be refused or limited where PAIA or another applicable law permits or requires this, including where disclosure would unlawfully reveal personal, confidential, privileged or protected information.
Fees
Where statutory request, search, reproduction or access fees apply, you will be informed before the relevant access is provided.
