Website information is provided for general guidance. An online indication, calculator, case study or affordability figure is not a guarantee of a particular debt-review outcome.
Free initial services
Debt Fresh does not charge for the initial credit-report request or initial debt assessment presented as free on this website. Any regulated debt-counselling fees or other charges applicable after a client proceeds will be explained separately.
Debt review
Debt review is a regulated process. Eligibility, repayment proposals, interest concessions, legal status and outcomes depend on each consumer’s circumstances and the applicable process.
Credit reports
A credit report is requested only where the required information and consent have been provided. You are responsible for providing accurate information.
