Credit report consent
Where you request a credit report, Debt Fresh records your consent together with the date and time, consent wording/version and supporting request information for audit purposes.
Sharing of information
Information may be shared with service providers, credit bureaus, credit providers, payment distribution or other parties where required to provide the requested service, comply with law or administer a debt-counselling matter. We do not sell your personal information.
Security and retention
We use reasonable technical and organisational safeguards and retain records for as long as required for the purpose for which they were collected, legal obligations, regulatory requirements and legitimate record-keeping needs.
